Mahila Mahavidyalaya Georai ,Dist Beed. Is run by the Jaibhavani Shikshan Prasarak Mandal's Georai. Dist- Beed. It is affiliated to Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University Aurangabad. It is one of the foremost Mahila Mahavidyalaya in rural area. It is established in the Year 1989  . The College is a leading and distinguished centre of higher education. The Mahila Mahavidyalaya offers U.G. programs in Arts.(Humanities and Social Sciences).

College Library has its own importance in Higher Education. It helps in widening the range of knowledge and information to teachers and students. Our college library has been tried its level best to provide necessary material and to all the components of the college and looked after the quantitative growth in library facilities.

Usage of Library: The institution encourages maximum utilization of the library and promotes a reading culture among students and faculty. Library orientation sessions are conducted to familiarize users with the available resources, services, and search techniques. The library staff provides personalized assistance to help users navigate the library catalog, access e-resources, and make the best use of the facilities. Additionally, the institution promotes a conducive study environment within the library, with comfortable seating arrangements, designated study areas, and access to reference materials.   The library becomes a hub of knowledge, facilitating intellectual growth, research productivity, and the overall academic development of the students and faculty.       The library was begun with only 344 books & Two cupboard as storage space. According to the fifth law of Library Science, "Library is Growing Organism." one of the goals of our library today we have more than 9543 Books., M.P.S.C/U.P.S.C. books and many other Reading Informative Material. The total number of books are 9543. 04

 News Papers are available in the Library.Total number of students are185 in our college. Ratio of the student versus books are 1:51. The transaction of in our library averagely 20 books per day. Our library have 80 bound volumes from the different types of journals periodicals magazines etc. Our college have authors from different departments the contribution of authors where 18 books published from different types of publishers different types of levels as like state level National level  and International level . The seating capacity of our library reading room is 40 students can be reading at a time. Days of our college library has 272 working days in a year.
