It is now an institution  which is providing quality education in rural area like Georai, It was established  in 1989 by  the Honorable Shree Shivajirao Pandit Saheb former state minister of Maharashtra. His vision and insight made the small seed grow into a huge tree encompassing thousand of students rural and remote area of Georai  seeking primary to Higher education .college has been working to make awareness among the rural masses of the society deprived from education.
